When the time came, it was hard to say goodbye. Thoughat the beginning he had seemed an ordinary boy, his strong feeling of interesthad made him different.

Our plane had arrivedand taken off again. All the other passengers had been woken up in the night tocatch the plane, but for some reason or other we had been forgotten. You canimagine how we felt!
